Before I started my fertility program with Jeanelle, me and my husband had been trying to conceive for about a year and a half with no success. I was mentally drained and defeated after trying all the tips and tricks that worked for our friends. It wasn't until I started the program with Jeanelle that I started to feel like I had some control over the situation. While the anti-inflammatory diet plan was hard to get used to, it challenged me to drop bad habits and accept the mentality that what I was putting in my body had a direct correlation to my fertility.Â
